How would you describe the culture and people at Grant Thornton? 

The company and the people in it feel like a big family. We celebrate each other’s birthdays, spend time together and the management organizes team building activities, the photos of which are then later shared with everyone.

What lessons have you learned during your time with the company? 

One of the essential lessons I have learned was teamwork. Being an auditor means that you work closely with many people from all walks of life. Finding a common ground is crucial to achieving mutually beneficial goals.

How does Grant Thornton help you achieve your career goals?

In my opinion, Grant Thornton is the perfect career wise for candidates of any level. As a fresh graduate I feel like I am getting all of the necessary support from my colleagues, the company encourages its employees to grow professionally by hosting training seminars and financing various international tests.

What’s the best piece of advice you've received while working with Grant Thornton? 

Never give up.

The job may be challenging at times (as is any other), however, it is important to always get back on your feet, and never give up.

What makes Grant Thornton a great place to work? 

It’s the people. From my first interview, I’ve had only positive emotions about the professionals working in company. I felt like during the recruitment procedure with the HR and the partner, they have managed to look not only at my resume, but see me as a person with my own dreams and aspirations. The feeling never left me since.
